West Branch Twp, MI- Alesia L. "Lisa" Carello, age 56, West Branch Township (Gwinn) resident entered eternal life on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at her residence.

Alesia was born in Ishpeming, Michigan on May 9, 1968, a daughter of Sheryl (Hallstead) and Leland Gardiner. She was a graduate of Ishpeming High School, Class of 1986 and received her LPN degree from Northern Michigan University in 1989. She worked as an LPN at Bell Memorial Hospital, and later at the Marquette County Medical Care Center for 15 years.

Alesia loved shopping on-line, especially for make-up, also enjoyed crocheting, crafting and diamond painting. She loved to travel, being able to go to see the ocean, Vegas and Europe. She enjoyed YouTube, True Crime stories, and loved her online church. This is where she connected with her online friends that became her second family. Alesia was an avid animal lover. She will be sadly missed by her cat Cleo. The love she had for her grandchildren was unmeasurable, they were the light of her life. She loved being their Nana!

Alesia is survived by her mother Sheryl Coulter of Green Bay, her father Leland Gardiner of Elizabeth, CO, three children; Nichole (Shawn) Treloar, of Ishpeming; Devin Carello, of Gwinn; and Danny Carello, of Ishpeming;  3 grandchildren; Kylie Jade Treloar, Ella and Ichigo "Kenny" Carello all of Ishpeming,  3 siblings; Terrence (Deborah) Gardiner of Green Bay, Serena Gardiner of Washington and Christopher Gardiner of Texas along with niece and nephew, Shawn and Christina Gardiner; Special friends Tammy, Sherry, Joyce, Jeanie, Erica, and Phylis.

Alesia was preceded in death by grandparents, Kenneth and Lillian Hallstead, Leland Gardiner and Rachel Hartmann, uncle Leon Hallstead, stepfather Bill Coulter, and three close friends: Nancy, Missy, and Sue.

Alesia's family will greet relatives and friends from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm on Tuesday October 1, 2024, at the Bjork and Zhulkie Funeral Home, at 12:30 pm there will be a time for sharing memories.

Inurnment will take place in the Ishpeming Cemetery.
