Menominee – Aaron K. Sundblad, age 22 of 2345 Woodview Ln. Marinette, WI passed away on Thursday Sept. 27, 2007. Aaron was born April 23, 1985 in Ishpeming the son of Ray and Nancy (Balconi) Sundblad Jr.


Aaron was a graduate of the Marinette High School, Class of 2003. He went on to attend NMU, and was currently attending UW Marinette. Aaron was employed at Cousin's Subs in Marinette.


Survivors include his parents Ray and Nancy Sundblad Jr. of Marinette, WI; his maternal grandfather Russell Balconi of Ishpeming, his paternal grandparents Ray and Colleen Sundblad Sr. of Ishpeming; aunts and uncles – Magee Balconi of Trenton, Susan Restum of Wausau, WI, Rachelle Misun of Negaunee, Paul & Colleen Balconi of Ishpeming, David & Desiree` Balconi of Michigamme, David & Cindy Sundblad of Denver, CO, Stephen & Diane Sundblad of Ishpeming, and Charles & Carol Sundblad of Caro, MI, his special friend Justina Revall of Menominee, along with numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Evelyn Balconi and an uncle Michael Balconi.


Funeral Services will be held at 7:30pm on Monday October 1, 2007 at the Bjork & Zhulkie Funeral Home in Ishpeming, MI with the Rev. Warren Geier to officiate. The family will greet friends and relatives from 4:30pm until the time of services on Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to a memorial fund established in Aaron's name.
